If you’re ready for lasting change, this 6-week programme combines health coaching, stress reset tools, and tailored lifestyle support. Together we’ll build new routines to restore your energy, improve sleep, balance mood, and create sustainable wellbeing.

I know what it feels like to run at 100mph. For over 15 years I worked in the fashion and music industries, styling and directing at the highest level. It was exciting, but the constant pace and pressure eventually caught up with me — anxiety, panic attacks, and burnout became part of my daily life.

That was the turning point. I began retraining in practices that helped me heal — becoming a qualified Health Coach, Meditation Teacher, EFT Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.

Now, through Many Lives, I help busy, high-pressure people who feel stuck, exhausted, or overwhelmed to reset their stress and restore balance. My approach blends practical coaching with mindfulness and energy work, giving you tools that fit into real life.
